Before any detail: Kiarash is a must recommend! As a newbie to physical training I was pretty skeptical of everything related to it until I met my awesome trainer Kiarash a.k.a Kia. He was very friendly (still is!) and made me feel very comfortable. I have been training with him for past 4 months. He explains the exercises and their targeted muscle groups, he follows up regarding any discomforts I might have post the sessions, he also accommodates for my changing office schedules and is always motivating me to do better.
